Our well developed 5 step process is practical and efficient and has yielded excellent results over many years - check our testimonials for proof! 

Step 1: Preliminary estimate 
We contact you to introduce ourselves. You describe what you are looking to achieve. We will ask for the boundary dimensions of the are you want to enclose and for you to send us some pictures taken with your smartphone so we can asses your requirements and provide you with an estimated price range between a low and high price to build your structure. 

Step 2: Construction proposal 
If you are happy with the estimate and our feedback, we proceed to a site visit where we meet in person, measure up and cover your project in detail. We then go away and put together a detailed proposal including rough sketches of the design and material estimates and council/buidling permit requirements. 

Step 3: Site preparation 
If you accept the proposal and wish to proceed, we execute the construction agreement, prepare construction drawings/plans and attend to prepare the work site. Materials and equipment may be delivered and the sote prepared including the marking out and laying of foundations and any pre-wiring and plumbing that is required.

Step 4: Construction 
From several days to several weeks depending on the complexity of your structure, we undertake the building process to completion. 

Step 5: Handover
This includes a thorough site clean, final inspection, council approval where required and handover. Ofcourse we are available for any issues that may arise during the statutory warranty period as listed in our construction agreement. 

Our principal builder has 17 years of experience as a domestic/residential builder and is insured and registered with the Victorian Building Authority and is a member of Master Builders Victoria. All of our trades team members are registered and insured and have 10+ years of experience in their respective trades and offer a wealth of skill and experience.
